Soundsavers
Soundsavers is based in the North West of England and is a leading supplier of PA systems, disco and audio equipment including complex lighting systems. As well as running a busy high street store, they have had a strong web presence for many years and approached Bronco to help them bring their online presence to a higher level with design and functionality. As their business had grown they found that they needed additional ecommerce functionality in the backend of the website to help them become more efficient. They also have a very strong reputation in the industry for being able to offer the best advice to DJ’s, bands and event organiser of the right equipment to go for, so the need site needed to carry this through.
The design of Soundsavers started with a rebrand and a new logo which we created for them. The old logo was quite dated and would not fit in with a new style of website. The home page was created to allow for space to showcase a few main categories or products as hero banners as well as having strong important messages clearly displayed. There is clear navigation into the categories and the home page also allows for specific categories and products to be highlighted. The overall style of the site is modern and very usable which makes it easy to find the product that you are looking for. We have also created new characters for Professor PA and Dr Luminaire to introduce more personality to the site.
The functionality of the site includes a sophisticated user account section so that regular customers can save baskets until they are ready to order, look back on previous orders and add items to their favourites. In the administrative backend it is now easy to handle customer orders and to keep the product database regularly updated with accurate stock levels and the newest products.
