In the summer of last year we launched a brand new site for All Kids, and this month sees the relaunch of a new design and a new brand for the site. All Kids is a long established children's shopping and online parenting magazine specialising in kids furniture and parenting support.

For the new design we aimed to bring in softer colours and add more fun to the site. The logo was the first thing to be redesigned and we created a logo with simpler text but added the cartoon airplane to it which goes well with the overall background image of the site. Extra images were added to the site and the layout of the home page changed, adding in a more comprehensive menu system and clearer entry points to the different sections of the site.

We have also created new functionality for the site including a Discount Club which issues a personal membership code when the user signs up that will allow them to claim discounts on special products, as well as 10% discount at Childrens Rooms. The new functionality also allows for more information to be added to the site from the backend including Latest News, Stuff to do, This week's offers and Specials which are all controlled through the content management system in the administrative backend. This is in addition to the existing functionality the site already has within its ecommerce system.
