Onsite Support
Bronco has vast knowledge in house on hardware support and offers this experience to clients in the form of a maintenance contract. Our onsite technical engineers will visit your site and assess the needs and requirements that you have in terms of assistance to maintain your equipment. We offer various maintenance contracts that will include repair of faulty equipment as well as preventative maintenance of systems and virus checks.
The cost and terms of the maintenance contract will depend on the number of hours allocated for each month and the speed of the response required. The maintenance contracts can be evaluated at regular intervals to make sure they are working for you and your business.
As well as the annual maintenance contracts we can offer an hourly rate for onsite call out technical support that will cover all aspect of any office environment. We start at a call out charge of £40 (ex vat) which includes the first hour, then it is £30 per hour after that. Travel time may be included if the site is out of the local area.
