At Bronco, we’re always looking for ways to improve the services we offer to our clients. That’s why we’ve recently started experimenting with artificial intelligence (AI) to help us in our day-to-day tasks.

The prevalence of AI technologies is growing at a rapid pace across various industries. For instance, GitHub recently launched an AI-powered coding assistant called GitHub Copilot (further enhanced to become Github Copilot X), which uses machine learning to suggest code snippets and complete lines of code. Similarly, Duolingo, a language-learning app, has introduced an AI-powered feature called Duolingo Max, which uses machine learning to personalise lessons based on a user’s learning progress and behaviour.

As of March 2023, ChatGPT (a popular AI chatbot), is reporting 13 million daily visitors after having gained 100 million users within its first two months; indicating its widespread adoption and popularity. Many believe that ChatGPT’s success has contributed significantly to the growth of AI adoption among a broader segment of the population, as people become more comfortable with interacting with AI technology in their day-to-day lives.
