Background
Interiors 4 Living is a family-run business with over 40 years of experience in premium home interiors. With three showrooms across Yorkshire, they offer bespoke fireplaces, media walls, stoves, and kitchens – all designed, supplied, and installed under one roof. Known for their personal service and high-end finishes, Interiors 4 Living approached Bronco to modernise their online presence and strengthen lead generation across digital channels.
Objective
The business had three key aims: upgrade their outdated website to better reflect the quality of their brand, generate more qualified leads through targeted advertising, and increase showroom footfall. This meant a total overhaul of their online experience – from improving navigation and showcasing projects, to deploying high-converting PPC and paid social campaigns aimed at a local, showroom-based customer base.
Solution
To meet the client’s goals, we took a holistic digital approach – overhauling their website for a modern, user-friendly experience inspired by their redesigned print media. Alongside this, we deployed targeted paid campaigns to generate high-quality local leads. The strategy balanced design, content, and data-driven advertising to improve both online engagement and offline showroom visits.
Transforming for performance
The existing CMS was outdated, difficult to manage, and lacked mobile responsiveness. Bronco delivered a modern, conversion-focused website, complete with upgraded visuals and user-friendly architecture. We implemented high-impact lifestyle imagery, streamlined navigation to better define the product offering, and introduced dedicated project and service pages with strong calls to action. Additional content was created to support SEO, and key conversion points such as contact forms and enquiry features were expanded across the site.
Driving local leads through paid search
Starting with bespoke kitchens, our PPC campaigns were designed to generate local leads and in-store enquiries. As the business expanded into media walls, our targeting evolved to reflect demand, allowing us to maintain consistent lead quality while diversifying the audience. Our direct relationship with the client – particularly the ability to work closely with our PPC manager – ensured quick campaign adjustments and ongoing alignment with showroom trends and seasonal demand.
Expanding reach via social campaigns
To promote stoves, we developed a hyper-local paid social strategy using Facebook lead forms and radius targeting to connect with nearby homeowners. The campaign featured high-quality lifestyle imagery, customer testimonials, and time-limited offers to boost interest and trust. Ads were supported by a well-maintained Facebook page, bespoke landing pages, and video content tailored for engagement. Visual storytelling, dynamic creatives, and strong calls to action helped attract and convert new leads – turning social interest into showroom visits.
Outcome
The combination of a modernised website and a tightly focused digital advertising strategy delivered significant results for Interiors 4 Living. From January to October, Facebook leads increased from 6 to 48 per month, while website leads grew from 41 to 83. Sales peaked in August with 21 conversions and over 100 combined leads, supported by a drop in cost per lead from £57.94 to £31.40.
The business now benefits from a more professional, mobile-friendly website that reflects the quality of their products and simplifies customer journeys. Whether through Google or social media, every campaign is designed to guide local homeowners from initial discovery to showroom visit – ensuring Interiors 4 Living stays top of mind in a highly competitive regional market.
